OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

BOARD MEMBERSHIP IN A NUTSHELL

  STNM endeavors to make board service a pleasure rather than a burden.  Most of all, we promote our members' ideas and passions, and collaborate with others.  STNM strives to be a hub for storytelling information and networking through New Mexico.  JOIN US!  Click on the Contact Us link to let us know if you are interested in running for an officer or at-large board position in the future, or if you'd like to participate on one or more projects in the current year.  You don't have to be a board member to volunteer or even coordinate a specific event.

Making Board Service a Pleasure Rather than a Burden

  • Quarterly board meetings may be attended electronically;
  • Only two meetings will be held "in person,"  with distance participation ok;
  • Regional representatives send in electronic reports - don't attend meetings;
  • Board members may commit to a single project of interest - REALLY!
  • Support for project(s) YOU are interested in!
  • STNM members can support projects without being a Board Member.
