A
refrigerator will be available for storage of additional food items you may wish to bring. Retreat facilitators will also have access to a small kitchen, and will provide some additional food items to supplement the above, as needed.  (Examples may include:  Cereal for breakfasts; vegie/cheese tray for evening storytelling; snacks).  Organizers will communicate with registrants in advance to determine additional food needs, within reason. ​

  • 8/15 or earlier: 100% less 5% handling fee
  • 8/16-8/31: 1/2 less 5% handling fee          
  • After 9/1: no refunds provided

What Story Camp Registration includes:

  • Two Workshops 
  • Breakout Groups, Open Mic Storytelling, Networking
  • Two night's lodging (single or double occupancy options available in casitas with 1 bathroom each)
  • Linens & bedding are included
  • Friday night supper; Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner; Sunday brunch
  • Access to a refrigerator to store additional/personal food items you may need
  • Use of The Fitzgerald Center grounds and facilities

ONLINE OR MAIL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Complete and submit the Story Camp application form below (Early or Late depending on today's date)
  2. Select & complete the appropriate "Buy Now" button for your lodging choice option on the right; 
  3. Email info@storytellersofnewmexico.com with your room mate choice for double occupancy.     
  4. Donations are gratefully accepted - Select the "Donate Now" button choice and thank you!
  5. If you prefer, you may mail a check to STNM, PO Box 1607, Cedar Crest, NM 87008.  Postmark on envelope will constitute date of registration.  Complete form below and indicate "Pay by Check rather than PayPal."  There is a double benefit to this choice.  STNM avoids paying a 3% paypal fee and we don't cash your check until very close to the event!
  6. If you prefer, you may print an application form and submit, with payment, by mail.  In this case, it is best to contact Storytellers of New Mexico to indicate your interest in attending as soon as possible.  A benefit of snail mail registration is that it saves STNM from paying a 3% Paypal fee, and we don't cash your check until close to the event!

   SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE TO A LIMITED NUMBER OF STNM MEMBERS


The STNM board has approved scholarship help for STNM members who would like to attend Story Camp, but can only do so with some financial support.  $50 is available for up to ten individual STNM members, on a first come, first served basis. See below for this registration option!  It will be removed from the website once the ten scholarships have been allocated.  Note that these scholarship are available only to current STNM members with Early Registration!
